If you qualify, you may undergo:
A magnetic resonance imaging of your brain;
A magnetic resonance imaging of your shoulder;
A pain sensitivity test;
A blood draw;
A motion analysis evaluation

Compensation and parking voucher provided!

Blood flow restriction training for patients with subacromial pain: a pilot randomized trial

We are seeking participants to test the feasibility of a new strengthening intervention (blood flow restriction) for people with shoulder pain.

Who can participate?
Adults aged 18 – 50 years old
Considering physical therapy for shoulder pain
Able to lift your painful arm above shoulder height

Magnetic resonance bioenergetics and microvascular function in individuals with and without rotator cuff tears

This study aims to compare magnetic resonance (MR) measures of microvascular function and energetic status in the rotator cuff muscle between individuals with rotator cuff tears and healthy

We sought people aged between 50-80 years old, no history of shoulder or fracture, no history of musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular disorders, no history of uncontrolled diabetes, and no claustrophobia.
